In order to promote the development and innovation of robotics, contribute to the rapid and sustainable advancement of science and technology in China, enhance the atmosphere of technological innovation on campus, and provide students with a practical platform to engage with artificial intelligence and robotics technologies—thereby fostering the growth of robotics and AI technologies—we aim to select outstanding teams to participate in provincial and national competitions such as the Anhui Provincial Robot Competition, RoboCup China Open, China Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition, and China Collegiate Intelligent Robot Contest. The Academic Affairs Office, School of Computer and Information (School of Artificial Intelligence), and School of Software will jointly organize the "21st Hefei University of Technology Robot Competition" for all undergraduate and graduate students. The competition details are as follows:
I. Competition Categories and Content
Aligned with the 2025 Anhui Provincial Robot Competition and RoboCup China Open, the following events will be held:
1. RoboCup Simulation 2D Soccer
2. RoboCup Simulation 3D Soccer
Aligned with the 27th China Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition (Provincial and National Rounds), the following events will be held:

Aligned with the 8th China Collegiate Intelligent Robot Contest (Provincial and National Rounds), the following event will be held:
5. Creative Design Competition (Theme I: Smart Home Robots—Making Life Better)
Details:
RoboCup Simulation 2D/3D: Based on RoboCup rules (official website: http://crc.drct-caa.org.cn), participants will compete on key technical aspects after training. Top performers will advance to the Anhui Provincial Robot Competition and RoboCup China Open.
AI/Robotics Innovation: Teams must submit entries per competition guidelines (https://www.caairobot.com). External experts will evaluate submissions and recommend top entries.
Creative Design: Teams must follow national contest rules (https://www.robotcontest.cn) and submit works for external expert review.
II. Eligibility
All full-time undergraduates and graduate students at Hefei University of Technology. Note: RoboCup Simulation 2D/3D is only open to 2023/2024 undergraduates.
III. Schedule & Procedures
Registration: April 18–30, 2025
Form teams (max. 3 members) and register via:

Technical Training (RoboCup 2D/3D):
Participants must bring laptops to Room C501, Emerald Sci-Tech Building for software setup.
Online training materials and sessions will be provided via QQ groups.

IV. Awards
Prizes: First Prize (10%), Second Prize (20%), Third Prize (30%) (based on participant numbers).
Certificates will be awarded, and results recorded in the Second Classroom program.
